EMERGENCY CALL OUT - £80.00 Per hour (Parts and materials as necessary)
AFTER HOURS CALL OUT - £120.00 Per hour ( We provide a fast reliable emergency electrician service in the North West, 7 days a week, 24 hour availability.
HOUSE RE-WIRES - 2 bed starts at £3,000 for a standard re-wire: Installation of 8 new circuits, new consumer unit, new meter tails (electric meter to consumer unit). Upgrade gas, water earth bonding. Electrical certificate.
RE-WIRE - 3 bed starts at £3,500 for semi detached or terraced, detached +£500. +£500 for each additional bedroom as a guide.
RE-WIRE - 1 bed flat £2,500, savings can be made by reducing: socket, lighting, heating outlets.
SOCKETS - Additional Indoor from £70, Additional Outdoor from £120.00, replace socket faces £20.00 per socket (we to supply)
EICR CERTIFICATES - House up to 5 circuits £79.00. House up to 10 circuits £119.00. More than 10 circuits - request quote. Large Installations - £15.00 single phase circuit , £25 per single 3 phase circuit.
PAT Testing - Up to 15 items £80.00 - out call. Up to 10 items client comes to us: £40. Per extra item £2.00 per device, 100+ items £1.00 per device.
EV CHARGING POINT - Between £800 - £1200, this is dependent upon no unusual civil engineering requirements.
MEDIA WALL - Between £2,775 - £4,500
CONSUMER UNIT - Between £375 - £550
LIGHTING - £60 per light pendant (we to supply). £70 per new light fitting (client to supply).
